Nothing To Complain About
Sometimes my life gets too overwhelming. I have my fair share of challenges.
I'm a bald woman. I'm allergic to sun. I'm allergic to cold. I have an easily-injured back due to instability caused by an extra vertabrae in my lumbar spine. My oldest son doesn't like to eat. My youngest son has GERD. [sob] [sob] [sob]
This amazing Kate's story is yet another reason I have nothing to complain about. Nothing.

True. So true.
Yeah, I should be ashamed of my blubbering today.
I see what you mean. Some are destined to live tougher lives than others.
It's true. I got a piece of tender advice the other day. While we ache for women like Kate, the purest way to be grateful for your life is to take stock of all the blessings in your life, from the perspective of look at all that I have, not look at how I escaped suffering. Does that make sense. Your boys are exquisite, you are stunning, you are so very lucky to be in love with your husband. You have grass! It's A beautiful life indeed. I'm grateful to have this window into it.
Hugs.

I agree. And it just stuns me how she writes with such grace and shares it with all of us. Amazing.
Wow...what a great perspective shift.
Frankly though, I don't think you should feel tooooo bad for complaining, you know, every now and again. =)
